Moisturizing masks - an effective method for dry skin In the fall and winter our skin is often dry and chapped. The cold air and heating do their job, making it necessary to properly moisturize. It needs a boost of nutrients and vitamins that everyday moisturizing creams can't provide. That is why it is worth reaching for a nourishing mask at least once a week. We have a choice of washable masks in cream or gel form, Korean sheet masks or night masks that we put on the face just before going to bed. What will be the best for your skin? Sheet masks or night masks? We started to use sheet masks on the wave of popularity of K-beuaty, which took over Poland a few years ago. The idea of this Korean invention is that the nutrients contained in the mask penetrate as deeply as possible into the skin layers.
